Indore City Bus Mobile Tracking Software!

The days to stand in queue at Indore city bus stop for hours seem to be over now.  

It will not be difficult to check desired Indore city-bus's location from anywhere and you can better manage your time accordingly.

Now Indore city bus information will be available to be tracked on mobiles and also on display at bus stop in real-time. Where the bus is, how long will it take to reach at your stop etc. It will not only benefit consumers to better manage their time but also improve IMC's control over the buses. Finding exact location of person calling on mobile phones will also be traceable.

This project is being carried out by Indore Municipal Corporation. Students of School of Electronics are helping IMC to map all the houses and road-mapping for city-bus. This system will be based on GPS (Global Positioning System) and will be linked with satellites. Equipments will be fitted with all the Indore city-buses and connected with the control room. A software will be used to trace the signals and convert them in real-time information. The same information will be made available on mobile phones and also on all the bus stops through display boards.
