Audyogik Kendra Vikas Nigam (AKVN) has again issued tenders to sell Crystal IT Park. The state government had initiated construction of Crystal IT park on 24 Acre land to promote Indore as an IT hub in the state. It has also received status of special economic zone (sez). Approx 52 thosand sq. feet area has been already constructed on. But, due to some internal disputes, AKVN has decided to sell it on as-is basis only. Even global tenders were invited for it but to no avail. One Zoom Developers had offered to buy it last time, but later it backed from the deal. The last date for this new tender is 16th November.
