| Tea Party in Indore? |
If you are in Indore, take 1 extra Rupee out of your pocket at the Tea stall today.From today, half cup Tea is going to be 5 Rs. and full cup tea will be 12 Rs. Believe it or not, Hyper Inflation has started in Indore. Well, if not everywhere atleast in the tea and sugar shops. The rising prices of sugar have created a storm in the cup of tea making it more costly for the tea lovers. Forget the Tapri, and head home if you want a cheaper tea. The Chai Thela and Gumti Association Indore has decided to rise the price of a ‘cut tea’ (half glass) from the existing Rs 4 to Rs 5 from January 15. However, for ‘Super’, ‘Tim—Tim’ and ‘Bengali’ full cup tea, the tea lovers have to shell out Rs 12 instead of Rs 10. I think the biggest impact this will have is on the day workers/ laborers, students and businesses who have a lot of tea consumption during the day. This change, just 2 years after the Guiness record breaking Tea Party in Indore? I guess now we can not afford another Tea Party!Indore, let us know your views about this change! Trackback(0)
