In Kamla Nehru Zoo, two deer had fought brutally at Monday night. One of them died at 6 and other one at 10am. One of the three cubs of white tiger is also not well this time. Doctors have instructed the zoo authority to take special care of him for next 24 hours.

There are many irregularities prevailing in the city zoo. Animals are suffering from staff’s and administration’s laxities for more than two months now. Even the officials from IMC including Mayer Umashashi Sharma, MIC member Devkrishna Sankhla and others have witnessed this carelessness of the zoo staff but to no effect.
