Hotel Sarovar Portico organizes something new every month for its guests, wherein delicious dishes are served. After successful celebration of Mexican and Lakhnavi festival now Unlimited Kabaw festival is being organized at Sarovar Portico. 20 different types of Kabaw are being served. Kabaw specialist chef Fajal Khan has been invited from Hyderabad for the event.

The chief chef Manishankar Pandey informed that the Kabaw festival will continue till 1st of Novemer. 10 veg and 10 nonveg Kabaws are being served with Roti special (bread), Varki paratha and Gilafi Naan, which is a tradition of serving Kabaw. Three types of Chatnies are also being offered to enhance the tastes.

Mr Pandey informed that Veg Afgani Role, Hyderabadi Paneer-Masala, Khumb ko Moti, Dahi K C Kabaw and in Nonveg, Joje Kabaw, Pudhina C and Kunda Puri Fish are the special attractions. One can enjoy all these dishes only at Rs.425/-. Guests arriving before 9 are also being offered a complimentary drink. The other dishes include Biryani, Do Gravy Items, Nonveg and Veg rice, two types of pulses and five different types of sweets. The whole restaurant has been given a royal touch to exude that festival spirit.
