Sunday was an auspicious day with the amalgamation of three big festivals. While Hindus where immersed in the rituals of Ganapati Sthapanna and Hartalika Puja, our Muslim Community too celebrated the first day of the month long sacred Ramdan Month. It is a very phenomenon that three important religious events fall on the same day. Even the detection of the first case of swine flu in city and the fear of dengue fever could not dampen the spirit of festivity.
