The winter has arrived with all its breezes now. It kept people shivering on Tuesday, mocking at the Sun. The Weather Forecast Department has measured the day temperature at degree Celsius which has further fallen by 1 degree in next 24 hours. Temperature at night has come down to 9.6 degree Celsius. The cold breezes kept flowing through out the day making people shiver. The speed of winter winds has been measured to 7-8 km per hour. Director of Weather Department Dr. D. P. Dubey says that the temperature has fallen because of cold waves coming from South and is expected to fall further on Wednesday. It is not winter winds.
