former president of Vikas Appartment Grah Nirman Sahkari Sanstha, Deepak Sheshrao Mhase has been arrested in a case. He is accused of executing correspondence for leasing out 9 acre land of the society to Bhavan’s Prominent School.

The operator of the society Krishkant Nagar (Gotia) is already on police remand.
Approx 3.50 Acres of total 50 acres land of Vikas Appartment Sanstna at ShreeNath Palace Colony had been sold to Gumasta Nagar Colony. While 9 acre land had been leased out to Bhavans Prominent school for 30 years only for Rs.50000/-. The investigation officer Pankaj Pandey informed that all the correspondence in this case was carried out by Deepak Mhase.

Deepak Jain or Dilip Sisodia or Deepak Madda, is also involved in other land scams and was absconding since the expose of Devi Ahilya Society scams. His name has also been identified from Simplex Investment and Mega Finance Company; the company that has bought land from Devi Ahilya Society. The records, that police has captured, shows him to be director of the company.
