Education Board has no say against election duties. Board’s instructions to not to appoint board teachers for elections are proving futile. All the staffs of high schools and higher secondary schools have to participate in election duty training program being conducted on 27th November. More than 60% teachers are sure to be appointed in elections. In last session teachers could not complete the courses because of their involvement in election duties which had spoiled result of 10th board standard. The matter was raised in parliament, too. Taking a lesion from the last session the education board had decided not to appoint board teachers in election duties this session but it all seems to be on paper only. All the staffs of schools have been included in list of trainees for election duties.
