IIT Mumbai approached DAVV Vice Chancellor-Incharge Dr. Rajkamal 20 days ago and proposed to offer upto 3 crore Rs. to start a big research lab facility in Indore city.

This is part of the effort that Ministry of Science and Technology, New Delhi is undertaking to increase the research in the country.

DAVV has already sent a proposal to IIT Mumbai in the same regard. This money will help implement an Image Prototype and System Design Software worth Rs. 2.5 crore.
