To tickle the tong of all Indorians with delicious Bengali cushion Bangali Club and School is going to organize a Bengali Food festival Mukhorochak from 16th of January. The way you get delicious Marathi dishes in Jatra, now you will be able to enjoy Bengali dishes in Mukhorochak. The festival will be organize at Bengali Club, Navlakha, Indore. Dishes like Chana Dal with roast coconut, Dokhar (ground gram pulse), Charchadi (mix vegetable), Parval ka Korma and many other dishes will be available. R. S. Roy Choudhry, the president of the Bengali Club informed that special cooks have been invited from Kolkata for the festival. They will enhance the delicacies of the food by using special Bengali spices, this will include Rahu, Katla, Hilsa, Bhetki among other dishes. Bengali Sweets like Peetha, Payesh (Kheer), Dubh Puli, Mishti Dahi will also be there. There will also be stalls of different consumer products. The festival will be open for all the citizens on 16th of January from 4pm to 11pm and on 17th of January from 12pm to 11pm. Trackback(0)
