It seems to be a case of property dispute. He was member of Khajrana Ganesh committee.
On late night of Saturday, BJP leader Ghanshyam Patidar s/o Kanhaiyalal Patidar r/o Shrinagar Main, has been murdered. It is being suspected to be because of a property disputing which on going-on for last three months.

It was almost 10.45 of night on Saturday. Patidar was strolling in front of his house. As witnesses state it, a few people came and shot three bullets at Patidar which plunged into his head and he collapsed there and then it self.  Empty magazines, found at the spot, have confirmed it. His sons rushed him to Greater Kailash Hospital, Indore where doctors declared him as dead. 

Police has started investigation but no FIR was filed until 1.30am. All the community members had thronged the place as soon as the news broke out.
