The party has allowed 17 of its leaders to return home who were expelled from the party for indulging in anti party activities in previous elections. Congress’s minister Rajiv Singh informed that the return of these leaders has been effected after due permission from All India Congress Chief Secretary and Inspector B. K. Hariprasad. The State Congress Committee has received a fax from Delhi in this regard. The leaders who are returning home are – Mahavir Prasad Vashishtha Mohansingh Bundela, Indar Prajapat, Mukesh Nayak, Pankaj Sanghvi, Surendra Sisodiya, Rudrapratap Singh, Harivallabh Shukla, Narayan Tripathi, Abhay Mehta, Deendayal Bimole, Manik Singh, Sanjiv Saxena, Umraosingh Gurjar, Hiralal Yadav, Pushpendra Hajari and Balwant Singh.
