A infamous goon in the Rustam ka Bageecha area killed a innocent boy Armaan who was just 1 year old.

Birju Laxminarayan was drunk, and was threatening the businesses and merchants in area to give money to him. He saw Armaan with his grandfather Babulal and said "I want to kill someone today". Then aimed the gun at Armaan and shot him in forehead.

Armaan was the only son of Jeevan, who works in Siyaganj. After Armaan was shot, people got crazy and started beating Birju. They would have killed him, but police interevened and took away Birju. Indore citizens threw stones at the police and police station to leave the goon at people's justice.

This event once again shows the increasing crime rate in Indore and how Indore police is not able to maintain the safety and discipline in the city. Many of the criminals, including Birju, have blessings from politicians and bigname people who won't let them stay in prison for long.
