Nuclear Power Plant in Madhya Pradesh?

At a discussion near Ujjain on Datana-Matana runway in Madhya Pradesh, CM Shivraj Singh Choauhan said that a a Nuclear Power Plant for Madhya Pradesh may be underway.

When asked about the electricity problem (crisis?) in the state, CM said that government is trying everything possible to resolve the issues. He also mentioned that they are thinking about setting up a Nuclear Power Plan in Madhya Pradesh for increasing the electricity output. A discussion has been started with Prime Minister ManMohan Singh in the same regard.

Another planning process to get Narmada to Malwa is underway too. Gas based, and Nuclear power based power plants are being planned for Madhya Pradesh.
