Another patient, a suspect of Swine-Flue, has died on Friday in Bombay Hospital. This is the third case of such deaths wherein patient reflects swine-flue like symptoms and dies of problems in respiratory system. While their swine-flue test reports were negative. One Kavita Bapat of Ujjain was admitted to Bombay Hospital on 29th of November.
Suspecting it to be swine-flue, her blood sample was sent to Jabalpur lab for confirmation and a negative report was obtained just the next day. But her condition deteriorated further and she was to put on ventilator. As per Dr. Sanjay Dixit, correspondent of MGM Medical College, her treatment for swine-flue had been started and a dose of Temi-flue had been administered. Dr. Manish Jain informs that she was suffering from pneumonia and respiratory system failure which caused the death. In last two cases, one Sonia Kaur of Shyam Nagar and Aanand Sisodia of Vijay Nagar have died of same disease.
