Junior doctors' strike has put the patients in trouble at M.Y. Hospital. Senior doctors have to take charge as an alternative arrangement. Junior doctors did not attend their duties in Casualty, OPD, Pathology, Delivery and other wards which caused patients run here and there. JDA met the district collector Rakesh Shrivastava and Dean Dr. M. K. Saraswat on Monday. The strike would continue on Tuesday, too.
The patients are bearing the consequences of indefinite strike of junior doctors at M.Y.H. Patients reaching to hospital from nearby villages and towns suffered a great, some of the patients were even returned from outside in the name of strike. The hospital administration has to depute senior doctors as an alternative arrangement to cope with the situation.
