Dr. Kalam was in Indore on Saturday. He delivered a lecture on 'Sustainable Development Models for the Nation' at IIM and also taught some 100 students in a class on 'Knowledge Society and Leadership'. He told inspiring stories of Mahatma Gandhi, Nelson Mandela and Sister Antenio of Mexico. He also spend an hour with school children. He watched presentation of IIM students and checked homework that he had given to them. These students had conducted surveys in Jhabua, Mhow, Harsola and Kodaria villages. He spent a little time at guest house and met some guests there. In the evening he attended a press meet, delivered a public lecture and then returned to airport at 8 in the night. Dr. Kalam appreciated the works, leadership spirit of Indian youth. He also acclaimed their and commitment towards development.
