Hi Vibha,
Yes, there are a few. Not sure what sort of company are you looking for, but if you getting 30K + in Pune, and getting a good project i would suggest to stay there for a few more years.
In Indore you may not get a good package compared to Pune -ofcourse the good food can be a reason to change - but otherwise wait before Indore get a few more better options.
As far as .Net is concerned, CSC has some good projects in Indore.
