Abhivyakti Garba Ras is schedule to begin on Thursday. Developed into a part of Indore’s tradition, many new experiments are being made to make it more exciting. There is not better opportunity to experience the thrills of Garba than at Abhivyakti Garba Ras, at Poddar Plaza (Behind Gandhi Hall), for next five days. The Garba Dhoom has begun in Indore. There was a great excitement experienced on the very first day of the festival. There was a great illumination in all the Garba stages in the city. Although the best of all Abhivyakti’s Garba Ras is due to begin on Thursday. The vast 2 lakh square feet spread of Poodar Plaza is all arranged in a way to welcome the holy spirit of Garba. The participants have been practicing hard for more than a month now. Yesterday was the last day of their practice. They rehearsed various new steps of traditional Garba, Dandia and Heach dance. Thousands of people will enjoy this exciting event with a 40 thousand watt music system and 500 halogens. there are, like every year, 2 vast circles with the capacity of 2500 participants each, have been prepared. One of these circle will be for Abhivyakti participants, and another will be open ground for everyone who wishes to try a few steps. Both the circles together will be accommodating approx 5000 participants. There will be delicious edibles available from different parts of the country in food zone here. There are also stalls for juice and fruits too.
