Saket Nagar - Based on the pure Gujarati music and patterns, the Saket Nagar Garba is completing its 49 years this year. The non-speciality Garba is the speciality. The local team and a 50 member crew from Gujarat is ready to enthral the audience. Niraj yagnik of the club informs that the participants are registered only after complete training. More than 450 members are going to participate this year. Little girls will also be provided with the opportunity to dance. The team has been prepared t give a special performance of Rajawadi Garba and Diwali Garba. Orchestra artist from Indore, singers from Baroda, Drummers from Kachcha and Saxophone artists have been invited from Dewas. All the participants will get a lot of prices at the end. From stage decoration to lighting everything has been finished now. Navlakha - special arrangements are made at Bengali Club at Navlakha for Durgapuja. The ritual has completed 83 years here. The four days grand worship will begin on sixth day of the nine. The banana tree will be worshiped and seated in Pooja place. The program will continue till 9th day. Dhunuchi dance is the main attraction here where women will were while and red border Sarees and perform dance with a earthen vessel (Dhunuchi) in hand. The burning upper crest of coconut is burnt and put in this vessel. Mr. Ambuj Datta of the camp informs that the tend and decoration is being looked after by Mr. Uday Shankar Roy. It is being prepared on the theme of Jamindar’s residence. The Durga idol is being prepared by Bengali artists. Anand Mela will begin from 30th wherein the Bengali dishes will be the main attraction. Special chefs are being invited from Kolkata for the fest. Any one can come to take Prashad here during the 4 festival days. Approx 2000 people enjoy food here. The preparation are on. Pandari Nath - Royal Garba Mandal at Pandrinath is also completing its 49th year this year. Here girls of 13 to 14 years perform Garba dance whose training has been over now. The local artists get them performed on traditional tunes. Mr. Surendra Puri informs that the preparations are in full swing here. Garbas are performed in Gujarati pattern. Besides special arrangements are being made for a special drama on the avatar of Kalka. Many other cultural activities will also take place during the fest. Tori Corner – the Mankamneshwari Devi Garba Mandal here is also completing 28 years now. The Garba is performed with great gusto here. The festival is being organized in limited budget this year. Mr. Suresh Toshniwal informs that unique drams and stage shows are the speciality here but only young girls will perform Garba here. A small stage is being prepared with lighting arrangements.
