Indore Municipal Corporation elections have been conducted peacefully except a few cases of noise and disputes. It is estimated that approx 60% voters exercised their franchise. Cues had been formed at polling booths since very morning. Both the major parties were expressing their excitement towards voting in their own ways. Congress is counting on Muslim votes which are said to be more than 65% - 70% this time. Booth casting started at 8sm and continued till 5 in the evening. The administration received some complaints from a few areas and also was accused of mismanagement. Voters had to wait for more than 1 and half hours at many booths. BJP is expecting lead in ward 1, 2, 4 and in Rao while Congress is enthusiastic about 3 and 5. Krishnamurari Moghe and Pankaj Sanghvi both are expecting their victories in the elections. Trackback(0)
