Despite of strict instructions to all colleges and sever penal arrangements, an incident of ranging took place at the most reputed collage of Indore – Holkar Collage. 25 of first year’s students had complained against three senior students for ranging. The collage administration immediately informed to Bhawarkua Police and the anti ranging committee also got active. Police has filed FIR against accused students.
