Three departments of DAVV were busy scouring for re-valuation related orders file on Wednessday. Administrative department passed the buck to Examination department which again passed it to Secrecy department. While the University has written a letter to Higher Education Department to clarify re-valuation related instructions. With the publication of a news in ‘Patrika’ daily newspaper about non-closer of re-valuation, the Administrative Department kept searching for the last instructions issued to it in this regard, but they found nothing anywhere. They then shifted this responsibility on Examination department saying that, as the case pertains to re-valuation, the orders-file must be lying with Examination department. But the Examination department, despite of all its efforts, could not find the file and shifted the load on Secrecy department where the buck stopped, tough. Not because the file was found there, but they were not willing to talk anymore in the matter.
