The High Court has denied permission of admissions as local level to colleges and has instructed them to conduct counseling in stead. The High Court, in a decision on plea of private colleges to conduct counseling on their own level, has denied the same. The court has allowed them to conduct re-counseling from 23rd to 27th of November, though. Colleges had also complaint that they are not allowed enough propagation at counseling centers therefore students do not come to know about new colleges. The court has liberalized on this issue and has allowed the colleges to advertise on their own expenses so that they can inform the prospective students about their qualities and attract them.
