Severe laxities have been found in mid-day lunch in many schools. The president of District Permanent Education Council observed many problems during his investigation. One school in Bhagora was found serving Kheer with insects in it to children while in another school at Simrol only 1kg vegetable was cooked for more than 198 children. Some other schools were serving only one chapatti and one spoonful curry to children. Mr. Prahlad Singh, president of District Permanent Education Committee had visited these schools with other officers. Many other irregularities were observed during the inspection.
