The dream project of Indore, one of the most famous monuments in Indore, for its dubious situation though, is awaiting a decision from Bhopal now. All the attempts to sell this huge premise have failed and the departments are preparing to rent it out. AKVN, Indore is preparing a proposal for this aspect which will be presented before the Cabinet for approval.

MPAKVN’s 3 attempts, in past, to sell it have gone in vain. Just a year ago one Zoom Developers had opted to buy it for Rs.100 Crore, but the company soon backed away from its offer. Later another attempt to sell it turned futile. Now the AKVN has prepared a proposal to rent out this of 25 Acres property for IT purpose only. The Administrative Director Neeraj Mandloi informed that some of the big IT companies are showing interest in hiring space here. Some companies are interested in setting up their call centres here. AKVN will execute this proposal on getting favourable results from the market. Cabinet will decide the rent rate.
