{mosimage}IDA - The Indore Development Authority has started distributing the forms for its latest colony scheme - no. 140.
The 3 new projects are Scheme no. 134, 136 and 140. The forms cost Rs. 250, and you have to pay 30000/- Rs. for the booking.
If lottery system allots you a plot, then you have to pay 25% as the intial money. The plots in 140 Sch. have a 15 years lock-in period.

I think this is not a good deal at all. You have to pay lot of money upfront, and the installments for so many years. With 15 year lock-in period, it a very lousy investment i'd say. better put some money in stokcs rather. smilies/grin.gif
