CSC is a leading global consulting, systems integration and outsourcing company with its headqaurters in Falls Church, Virginia, USA. CSC Indore was formed in 2001 when they acquired PMSI, Indore.

Since 1991, CSC has steadily expanded its India operations to productively respond to the needs of its customers worldwide. Policy Management Systems - PMS India was incorporated in September 1996 and began operations at its Indore facility in the Madhya Pradesh Government's Software Technology Park (STPI) in Indore in 1997. It had grown to more than 380 employees when in 2001, its parent company merged with CSC resulting in Indore's CSC of present day. CSC acquired PMSI Indore and later started their Noida facility.
