Eco Friendly Ganesh Idol in Indore- Good For Mother nature! If i ask you whats the next festival happening in Indore - you'll say Time now is Ganesh Chaturthi time. Ganesh Chaturthi means lots of Ganesh idols and statues on sale which will be in people's home for 8 days and then they will be perished into a nearby well or river. Though its a great religious occassion and custom - these Ganesh idols contain harmful chemicals, paints and substances that pollute the water and make it poisonous and undrinkable. In Indore, many schools took the initiative to teach students how to make econ friendly Ganesh idols. These eco friendly Ganesh ji idols are made by substances that are not harmful for environment - like sand and soil. The eco friendly Ganesh idols can be easily perished at home and would not harm mother nature in anyways. In Indore at CPRD students learned how to make eco friendly Ganesh idols. Also, in Tirathbai Kalachand School indore, students make ganesh idols which are 9 inch tall and ecofriendly. Students are very excited to worship the handmade nature friendly idols. Not only students, professional Ganesh idol makers are also turning to ecofriendly ways of creating Ganesh idols in Indore. IPS Academy Indore students and BIG 92.7 FM collaborated to make a 12 foot high Ganesh idol made of daily use items. A tem of fine arts students in leadership of Amit Ganju created this wonder. They collected waste papers from schools and colleges to build this idol which does not use any chemicals or synthetic material. Kudos to the IPS team for creating a mother nature friendly Ganesh idol!! In Renuka Bal mandir Indore, students are learning to make ganesh idols with Paper. Trackback(0)
